Jewish Community Trip to the
Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum
Sunday, March 22, 2020
9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Members of our Jewish community are invited to attend a special docent led tour of the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum on Sunday, March 22, 2020. This special program is being sponsored by Emanuel Synagogue, Hillel at the University of Oklahoma, Jewish Federation of Greater Oklahoma City and Temple B'nai Israel.
This trip is for adults and children age 12 and older (all children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian).
There will be a $10 charge per person paid to the Jewish Federation. Payments must be received by Friday, February 21 and can be paid via credit card on this page or by mailing a check to the Jewish Federation of Greater Oklahoma City. Please note if you're purchasing by credit card there will be an additional minimal credit card processing fee included in the price.
We will meet at the museum at 9:30 a.m. to go through security; please be sure to be on time.
Please read the Museum's visiting guidelines in advance of our trip which includes the Museum's location and parking information (note that you are purchasing the tickets at a discounted rate directly from the Jewish Federation, not the Museum).
Participants need to make their own arrangements for travel and - those choosing to stay overnight - hotel accommodations. Members of partnering organizations may contact their organization if interested in coordinating carpools.
While in Dallas, everyone is encouraged to do their Passover shopping. Dallas has many grocery stores that will have an abundance of kosher for Passover items (perishable and non-perishable).
